Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, comments) to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
Identify and remove prohibited content (spam, scams, hate speech, NSFW material, etc.).
Engage with users (handling complaints, issuing warnings, and enforcing bans when necessary).
Analyze ambiguous cases and make decisions in line with platform policies.
Maintain moderation reports and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and stress tolerance.
Prior experience in content moderation or related fields (social media admin, customer support) is a plus.
Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound judgments.
Excellent written communication skills.
Willingness to handle large volumes of content.
