This Bid Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for placing bids on projects listed on DeFi-Freelance.uno ("the Platform"). By placing a bid, you ("Freelancer") agree to abide by this policy.

1.1. Eligibility to Bid

  • You must have a registered and verified account on the Platform.

  • Your account must be in good standing, with no active suspensions or restrictions.

1.2. Bid Content

  • Accuracy: All information in your bid, including your proposed fee, timeline, and delivery terms, must be accurate and truthful.

  • No Circumvention: Bids must not contain offers to pay or receive payment outside of the Platform's official escrow and payment system (BTCPay Server). Any attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system is a severe violation and will result in account suspension.

  • Professionalism: Bid proposals must be professional, relevant to the client's project, and free of spam, promotional content for other services, or harassing language.

  • Custom Offers: Each bid should be tailored to the specific project. Copy-pasted, generic bids are discouraged and may be flagged.

1.3. Bid Retraction and Modification

  • You may retract or modify a bid before the client has officially accepted it.

  • Once a client accepts a bid, it forms a binding contract subject to our Terms of Service, and it cannot be retracted without potential penalties, as outlined in the Terms.

1.4. Non-Discrimination

  • You will not discriminate against clients or other freelancers based on race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, gender, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.

1.5. Consequences for Violation

  • Violation of this Bid Policy may result in:

    • Removal of your bid.

    • A formal warning.

    • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

    • Forfeiture of funds in cases of payment circumvention.
